Our Services

The services provided by Estate Agents in Turkey in their normal working day, are over an above what you would expect of and Estate Agent in the UK.

When booking a viewing trip, all you need to do are book the flights. We will arrange your transfers and accommodation at very good rates and should you continue with a property purchase, we will reimburse you these fees.

We will also perform checks on the legality of the property you are buying to ensure it has all its permissions in place and is debt free. We will also, take you to the tax office to aquire a tax number (you need this for a property purchase) and introduce you to the bank to open a bank account (makes it easier for you to transfer money) and help you arrange insurance cover for your property.

We will help you with the furnishing of your new property, or, you can leave us your colour scheme and we will choose on your behalf (sending you photos before making the purchase) and have everything delivered and arranged ready for you to use your new home in the sun.

If it is difficult and not cost effective for you to return to Turkey at the time of your TAPU transfer (title deeds), you can leave a power of attorney with us and we will act on your behalf in this respect. Once that is done we will also take the responsiblity of registering utility meters for your property. Understandably this issue can make some people apprehensive so we would suggest you take up the offer of talking to those of our past customers who have used us for this purpose.

We will provide a 'property management' service to ensure your property has regular checks & airings, pay the bills and arrange laundry and cleans between guests or for your arrival. We offer 3 service levels at very reasonable rates and a 'Caretaker Contract' can be issued while you are here. (This is a service for our customers only)

We are able to enlist the services of reliable tradesmen in the event you need any works done on your property or you would simply like it repainted and we will oversee these works on your behalf. These are the workmen we use in our own homes which is the best reccommendation we can give.

For a customer of ours, the door is always open and we are happy to offer any advice or help that you need from telephone connection to residence permits.
