 My name is Alan Neill and I am a Policeman from Belfast in Northern Ireland.  In 2005 my wife Isobella and I purchased a 3 bedroom Penthouse apartment from another estate agent in Altinkum. We kept the apartment for 2 and a half years. We both found the whole process of buying very troublesome and very costly.

In 2008, we were put in touch with Kym from Turkish New-key homes (estate agents), Kym was able to sell our apartment very quickly and in May 2008 she found us a beautiful detached Villa in an Idyllic area in Sagtur, on the outskirts of Altinkum.  I was so grateful for all Kym and her colleagues help at Turkish New-key homes.  They made the whole process seem like day and night compared to our previous purchase.  I would highly recommend Turkish New-key homes to anyone searching or indeed purchasing property in Altinkum Turkey.

We have been to our new villa 4 times this year and we have already received our Property Tapu/deeds in September 2008. We have both heard of some horror stories about the trouble others have been having when asking for this, as some property agents in Altinkum can't acquire the property Tapu sometimes for 2-3 years.

All the services that have been supplied by Turkish new-key homes, purchasing furniture,water,having electric connected have all been an absolute breeze.
