I was able to communicate by email to Turkish New Key Homes and they made the whole process hassle free. I informed them that budget, location, rental potential and long term investment were important to me. I had never been to Altinkum on holiday and only read up on it through the various internet sites so to deal with a company who had knowledge of the resort and experience in finding the right property for your budget made me feel at ease.

The company kept in touch with me on a daily basis and keep me updated of property searches and I was able to narrow down my search list to a possible 3 apartments that would fit my criteria. I was only able to spend one day in the resort to view properties due to my work schedule (I am a police officer) and Turkish New Key homes were able to arrange everything so that the normal process of viewing property and completing the paperwork could be done in one day. By communicating by email, everything was arranged prior to me arriving in Turkey.

I also arranged with Turkish New Key Homes to furnish the apartment. I gave them a budget and they were able to buy all the furniture, including white goods and curtains.

I would thoroughly recommend using this company as the staff are friendly, have knowledge of the resort and will look after your interests from start to finish.
